Induction training is given to all our new employees. This involves a comprehensive explanation and demonstration of all our cleaning methods, a full COSHH and Health and Safety demonstration including a thorough explanation of our policies and the levels of professionalism we, and our clients, expect.

All our employees subsequently go through regular Health and Safety and cleaning refresher courses in which we re-emphasise how to clean effectively and manage different corporate environments.

All Power Cleaning Group’s employees are trained to play a proactive role in making sure that the highest quality standards are adhered to, that delivery of our service is second to none and that customer satisfaction is achieved without compromise.

We are keen practitioners of continuous improvement in all areas of our operations and we see the training and development of our staff as high priority.

We strive to ensure that our personnel are trained to their maximum potential in their relative field with assistance from external training managers, if necessary. All operatives are subject to a bi-annual performance review using data from our quality monitoring sheets and feedback from our clients.
