Waterfed Poles

Hydraulic platforms/cherry pickers

Additionally, we may also need to use cherry pickers (Hydraulic platforms) if the building cannot be cleaned or areas are impossible to access. In this case, we would use our hydraulic platform vehicles, allowing us to access windows and facades up to a maximum height of 100 feet (approximately 9-10 floors).

Our window cleaners are highly experienced, trained operators of powered access platforms for exterior cleaning on buildings with restricted or awkward access and are also members of IPAF – International Powered Access Federation.

All operatives are trained and qualified to operate the whole range of access platforms, from specialist compact machines which will fit through a single doorway, to large hydraulic truck mounts extending up to 75 metres.

Free assessments and surveys are undertaken to ensure the most suitable and cost effective machine is used for each site.

Abseiling

We specialise in supplying a range of rope access services for working at heights and in awkward spaces.

Rope access techniques are often the only way of gaining access for cleaning and maintenance, without causing damage or disruption. Our rope access team who are fully IRATA trained can access all types of structures and buildings both internally and externally.

We provide full on-site surveys free of charge to determine anchorage points and, more importantly, what our clients’ requirements are.

We use internationally recognised qualified personnel to save our clients money, by doing jobs that would otherwise require heavy plant or specialist machinery. All this is done without compromising safety.

Rope access tends to be a subtler approach and therefore reduces the chance of disruption to everyday business.
Tasks requiring rope access personnel are usually different every time, therefore each job comes with a detailed risk assessment and method statement.
